POSITION DESCRIPTION: ¬†¬†Full-time 12-month position, responsible for assisting current and prospective EOF students in person, via phone and email, regarding the College & EOF programs and processes.¬† The Coordinator/Recruiter will advise a caseload of students on enrollment, registration, academic advising, student records, financial aid, college transition, career services, campus technology, NJ Transfer, and academic support services.
EDUCATION:¬† Bachelor‚Äôs Degree in area required, or closely related discipline.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: ¬†¬†Experience in college recruitment, admissions, financial aid, advisement and curriculum development; demonstrated competency in data analysis, assessment, reporting, problem-solving, public speaking and marketing; conversational Spanish proficiency is strongly desirable; valid NJ Driver‚Äôs License; flexible schedule.
