POSITION DESCRIPTION: Directs the activities of the Human Resources functions and serves as the College’s Title IX Coordinator and the Affirmative Action and Compliance Officer. Oversees the functions of the employment, benefits, payroll administration, and employee relations. Responsible for the accurate and timely submission of monthly, quarterly and annual Federal and State reports. Reports to the Vice President of Finance & Operations.
EDUCATION: Requires Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, Master’s degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: Minimum 5 years demonstrated Human Resources administrative experience; public sector HR experience preferred.
SALARY: Commensurate with experience; salary range up to $80,000
POSITION DESCRIPTION: Administrative, 12-month, non-tenure track staff position is responsible for the Nurse Education program by facilitating course delivery, evaluating outcomes, and maintaining clinical site relationships. Also responsible for curriculum development and the staffing, supervision, observation, and evaluation of the Nursing Skills Lab Coordinator.
EDUCATION: Requires Master’s degree in Nursing, and current, valid NJ RN license.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: Clinical experience in a broad range of nursing specialty environments is required; certification is a plus. Minimum one year of college teaching experience, preferably at the community college level. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills required. Demonstrated clinical competency and experience in an administrative capacity.
SALARY: Commensurate with experience; salary range up to $75,000.
POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Financial Aid Associate will assist with the management of the financial aid office. General responsibilities include assisting in need analysis, financial aid packaging, grant and loan administration, student and family counseling, administration of federal, state, and institutional regulations and policies, and recruitment activities related to student financial aid services. The Financial Aid Associate assists the Director with the reporting requirements for federal, state, and institutional standards.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree required
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: Minimum of two years experience in a Financial Aid Office in a NJ college, strongly preferred. Must demonstrate competencies and knowledge in financial aid; ability and skills in financial aid counseling and the ability to relate to students, parents, and colleagues. Excellent oral and written communication skills needed. Knowledge of ED Connect, FSA Partner Connect, and HESSA processing. Experience with PowerFAIDS is a plus. Strong organizational skills are required.
SALARY: $62,000

EDUCATION: Master’s degree
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: Requires demonstrated competency and experience in UxS design, front-end development, version control, and user experience principles; HTML, CSS, Javascript, UI design, UX, and 1Xd; experience with Figma, Sketch, InVision & Adobe CC; experience in college teaching and supervision, preferably at the community college level. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are required.

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are required.
