The Phillipsburg Education Center (PEC), opened in September 2011, is home to the College’s Continuing Education division. This Center offers quality job training programs in allied health and business, personal enrichment classes, classroom and on-line computer courses and personal and professional development programs. Selected credit classes are also located at this site.
Please check our current course schedule for non-credit courses offered at the PEC. This facility also is home to the Warren County Small Business Growth Center, which leases office space for start-ups and emerging small businesses. In September 2022, the drone lab is expanding to include a new 6,000-square-foot space at the Phillipsburg location. The expansion will allow more students to launch their UAS careers.
The Phillipsburg Education Center is conveniently located on Marshall Street in Phillipsburg, right off of Route 22. It is minutes from the toll bridge into Pennsylvania and approximately 10 miles west of Warren County Community College’s Washington campus. Ample parking is available just across the street from the facility.
Directions to Phillipsburg campus:
From Route 31 North/South or Route 57 Westbound:
Follow Route 57 West towards Phillipsburg, approximately 9 miles from Washington. Continue straight onto Route 22 West. In approximately one mile, take the ramp on right for Roseberry Street, towards Belvidere. Turn left onto Roseberry Street, then turn right onto Marshall Street. The Education Center will be on the right, the parking lot will be on the left.
From I-287 or I-78 West:
Follow I-78 West and take Exit 3 (Route 22 West towards Phillipsburg). Follow Route 22 West for approximately 3 miles, then take the ramp on right for Roseberry Street, towards Belvidere. Turn left onto Roseberry Street, then turn right onto Marshall Street. The Education Center will be on the right, the parking lot will be on the left.
FROM PA:
From Route 22 Eastbound:
Follow Route 22 East into New Jersey. Approximately .1 miles after crossing the toll bridge, turn right onto Pickford Avenue, then right onto Marshall Street. The Education Center will be on the right, the parking lot will be on the left.
From Route 80 East or Westbound:
Take Route 80 East or West to Route 33 South. Take Route 22 East and cross into New Jersey. Approximately .1 miles after the toll bridge, turn right onto Pickford Avenue, then left onto Marshall Street. The Education Center will be on the right, the parking lot will be on the left.
