Request Transcript
This form is used to request a Warren County Community College academic transcript. Students needing a record of non-credit or continuing education classes can contact the Continuing Education office at (908) 689-7613.
UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS: Current students may obtain unofficial transcripts from MyWarren. Past students and high school student earning college credit through dual enrollment classes may use this form to have unofficial transcripts emailed to them.
OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS: Official transcripts can be sent to colleges and universities via US mail only. Electronic versions of the transcript are NOT official transcripts.
Mailed transcripts are processed by the College during work hours. Please allow 2 business days for processing, in addition to delivery time. Requests for mailed transcripts are not processed when the College is closed.
Transcripts will not be furnished to students/alumni with outstanding financial obligations.
Please follow these three steps to request your transcript:
- Complete all the fields in this form
- Save a copy of the completed form
- Email the saved form to [email protected]
