SALARY: $20.00/hour
POSITION DESCRIPTION: Develop and implement holistic integrated academic retention plan and co-curricular supports; serve as the Director of EOF Program; and participate in student advisement. Oversee Title III project management, as needed.
EDUCATION: Master’s Degree required, Doctorate preferred.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: Five years of experience in college setting with advising or related student services experience; five years successful fiscal and project management experience required; demonstrated sensitivity and experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
SALARY: Commensurate with experience; salary range up to $104,000.
POSITION DESCRIPTION: Under the direction of the VP of Student Services, position is responsible for the implementation of activities and services that support students through the stages of planning and decision-making regarding admission and academic success; provides advisement and awareness activities directly to students to assist them in determining academic direction and developing a plan for achieving their goals.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in counseling, student affairs or related field preferred
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: Prior experience, preferably at a community college and demonstrated competency of the Spanish language at an intermediate level is required, fluency in Spanish is preferred.

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Under the direction of the VP of Finance & Operations, position is responsible for institutional research activities. Directly assists in the planning and evaluation process of academic programs and the continuous improvement of overall institutional effectiveness through the collection and analysis of accurate and relevant research. Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of various federal, state and higher education surveys.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred, with an education in research methods, research analysis, social science and statistical methods.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: Professional work experience in qualitative and quantitative measurement and research design, data collection and statistical analysis, database development and management. Experience in a college or university setting is preferred; knowledge of community college operations is desired.

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Administrative, 12-month, non-tenure track staff position is responsible for teaching UxS digital design and computer science courses; curriculum development and the staffing, supervision, observation and evaluation of Adjunct Instructors.
EDUCATION: Master’s degree
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: Requires demonstrated competency and experience in UxS design, front-end development, version control, and user experience principles; HTML, CSS, Javascript, UI design, UX and 1Xd; experience with Figma, Sketch, InVision & Adobe CC; experience in college teaching and supervision, preferably at the community college level. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: Requires demonstrated competency and experience in 3D technology, application engineering, process and materials, data preparation skills, machine operation, post-processing, and surface finishing; working knowledge of Lortrax code; experience in college teaching and supervision, preferably at the community college level. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required.
