The Phillipsburg Education Center (PEC), opened in September 2011, is home to the College’s Continuing Education division. This Center offers quality job training programs in allied health and business, personal enrichment classes, classroom and on-line computer courses and personal and professional development programs. Selected credit classes are also located at this site.

Please check our current course schedule for non-credit courses offered at the PEC. This facility also is home to the Warren County Small Business Growth Center, which leases office space for start-ups and emerging small businesses. In September 2022, the drone lab is expanding to include a new 6,000-square-foot space at the Phillipsburg location. The expansion will allow more students to launch their UAS careers.

The Phillipsburg Education Center is conveniently located on Marshall Street in Phillipsburg, right off of Route 22. It is minutes from the toll bridge into Pennsylvania and approximately 10 miles west of Warren County Community College’s Washington campus. Ample parking is available just across the street from the facility.
