On Sunday, November 13, 2022, we became aware of unusual activity within our computer network. We took prompt action to secure our network environment and engaged leading independent cybersecurity and digital forensics experts to assist with our response and with the restoration process.
All student systems should be available. Our team is working around the clock to restore all systems and maintain data in the most safe and secure manner possible. The College is also in the process of upgrading its email system over the next month. Any updates will be provided via announcements in My Warren and the Website.
We want to assure you that we take our commitment to our students, our employees, and the community very seriously. The restoration of full services and the protection of the data entrusted to us are among our top priorities.
Our review of the incident is ongoing, but if it is determined that any personal information was accessed during the incident, we will provide notification to all impacted individuals consistent with relevant state and federal laws.
We will provide service restoration updates and any other information as it becomes necessary.
