Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership

The following model is to be used as a guide for WCCC students intending to transfer to major in Organizational Leadership. It includes the required courses to complete the AA in Liberal Arts while paralleling the freshman and sophomore years of the Penn State Liberal Arts program. The OLEAD degree provides an opportunity for nontraditional students in the Lehigh Valley area to pursue completion of an interdisciplinary degree without disturbing their professional or family responsibilities.
