Goddard College Creative Writing Agreement

Students graduating with their A.F.A degree in Creative Writing from Warren can transfer to Goddard College in Vermont to complete a B.F.A in Creative Writing. Goddard offers a low residency program that requires students to meet on the Vermont campus for a week twice a year to work with their advisors and attend workshops with their peers. This agreement promotes the transfer of graduates from WCCC’s Creative Writing Associate in Fine Arts (AFA) Program into the Goddard College Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) Creative Writing Program. In Vermont, Goddard College offers a low-residency program where students begin each semester with an eight-day residency on Goddard’s campus. Each residency consists of small advising groups, workshops, and readings and includes a visiting writer.
