Real Estate Sales Pre-Licensing Course

Real Estate is one career that requires a very low monetary investment, but will require a strong dedication to help others to make good financial decisions for long-term goals. To truly have all the abilities to work and explore the “World of Real Estate”,  you need to first obtain your real estate salesperson’s license. This program will enable you to take the New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson’s Exam upon satisfactory completion of the course. Requirements: A high school diploma or GED is required to obtain your license. All licensing applicants must submit to a criminal history background check.
