Law Enforcement Prep Course Certification

Students will complete a grueling 10-week program designed to prepare them for the demanding physical, mental and instructional experience commonly associated with basic training at the respective academies. This is accomplished under the strict supervision of highly experienced instructors. F4B will provide each student with all the tools needed to successfully complete the demanding requirements mandated by the NJ Police Training Commission (PTC).

Our team of experienced instructors, in conjunction with expert Ô¨Ātness, Ô¨Ārearms, academic and medical professionals accredited by only the most reputable global training institutions, will guarantee success. N.E.C.I. 911/EMD (includes CPR-AED Certification)

This two week 911/EMD Basic Communications course provides the basic knowledge, skills, and experience to understand the functional operation of an emergency communications system, and their role and responsibilities within the emergency communications system. Upon successful completion, you will receive a State of New Jersey Telecommunications Certificate.

Emergency Management

The Emergency Management course will provide a well-rounded set of fundamentals for those in the emergency management profession. Many students build on this foundation to develop their careers. After successful completion of this 3-hour four-day course, you will receive a certificate from Warren County Community College.

Crime Scene Forensics

Crime Scene Forensics Course is designed for students who wish to develop knowledge and skills in the field of forensics and become law enforcement professionals at the Local, State or Federal levels. Upon successful completion, you will receive a certificate from Warren
County Community College.

Cyber Security Series

The Cyber Security series is developed to provide students the baseline cybersecurity skills to ensure the security professional is better prepared to solve a wide range of issues.  These skill sets can assist the student in obtaining a position as a Junior IT Auditor/Penetration Tester, Systems Administrator, Network Administrator, or Security Administrators.  The training focuses on the latest trends and techniques in risk management, mitigation, threat management, and intrusion detection.

Levels I through IV come together to prepare the students to take the industry-recognized CompTIA Security+ examination which assists in meeting DoD 8570 and ISO 17024 standards compliance and is the first security certification IT professionals should earn.

Level I (Basics):

  • Mastering security basics and core security goals
  • Understand the CIA triad (confidentiality, integrity, availability)
  • Examine different security control types
  • Utilize the command-line to perform basic security-related tasks
  • Compare and contrast threats, vulnerabilities, and common attacks
  • Provide examples of social engineering and why it works

Level II (Networking):

  • Exploring network technologies and tools
  • Understanding basic networking devices
  • Implementing a secure network
  • Understanding and securing wireless networks
  • Utilize VPNs for remote access
  • Deployment of mobile devices securely

Level III (Advanced Threats):

  • Protecting against advanced attacks
  • Secure coding concepts and proper development lifecycles
  • Understand cross-site scripting, and forgery attacks
  • Database concepts and SQL injection
  • Understanding risk management

Level IV (Threat Management):

  • Implement controls to protect assets
  • Understand redundancy and fault tolerance
  • Protecting data with backups
  • Plan and develop a business continuity plan
  • Understand and implement cryptography
  • Develop polices to mitigate risk

Homeland Security Certificate

Gain a critical understanding of homeland security and defense issues, security policy structure, and operations. Grow your skills to better recover from, prevent, and respond to man-made and natural disasters in a multijurisdictional and multifunctional environment.  Many students build on this foundation to develop or enhance their careers.

CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) Training

AHA Heartsaver CPR and First Aid

Heartsaver¬ģ First Aid, CPR, AED, is a classroom video-based, instructor-led course that teaches students critical skills needed to respond to and manage a first aid, choking or sudden cardiac arrest emergency in the first few minutes until emergency medical services (EMS) arrives. Students learn skills such as how to treat bleeding, sprains, broken bones, shock, and other first aid emergencies. This course also teaches adult CPR and AED use. Tuition includes textbook and certification cards.

AHA Heartsaver Pediatric CPR-AED / First Aid Certification

This course is specifically designed to meet regulatory requirements for childcare workers throughout the United States; Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED offers the ideal training for the childcare industry and others requiring a card in pediatric first aid, CPR and AED. Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED contains information on how to respond to and manage illness and injuries in a child in the first few minutes until professional help arrives. Features include a video-based course that ensures consistency, instructor-led, hands-on class format reinforces skills proficiency.


This program teaches basic life support and addresses breathing and cardiac emergencies in caring for adults, children, and infants. It is designed to facilitate efficient training, testing, and retesting in the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs).

Other Safety Courses

Pet First Aid Certification

Topics include Pet First Aid Certification, Animal CPR, general pet care, preparing for and reacting to pet emergencies, animal behavior, hands-on practicals, ‚Äúbest practice‚ÄĚ tips, and planning and preparing for disasters. You must be 16 years of age or older to register for this course. Food Safety Certification

This course will provide training to enhance the knowledge of current and prospective food service managers in the principles of food sanitation and safety including the Hazard Analysis Critical Point system. This two-day certification course is recommended for food service personnel who are seeking SERVSAFE¬ģ recertification or who have worked in food service for at least one year.
