This joint degree program prepares students for a career as a respiratory care practitioner. Successful completion of the program provides eligibility for licensing in New Jersey and allows graduates to sit for credentialing examinations. Students must complete all of the general education requirements with a 2.5 or better before applying to UMDNJ Newark for entry into the professional phase of the program.
