Associate in Arts in Liberal Arts
English Option

The Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts, English Option is a two-year program designed for students who intend to complete a baccalaureate degree at a four-year institution.

As an English major, the student is prepared for a wide range of careers, including book and magazine publishing, advertising and public relations, writing, communications, media script writing and supervision. Various amounts of graduate training can lead to careers in teaching and educational administration. English majors are also excellent candidates for positions in law, government, and management.
