This website helps you see how community college courses transfer within the state of New Jersey. NJ TRANSFER was developed as a joint initiative of the New Jersey Commission on Higher Education and the New Jersey Presidents' Council. Its many features will assist you in learning:

Albright College Accelerated Degree Completion
WCCC and Albright College entered into a partnership for the purpose of providing students with the opportunity to complete coursework towards an accelerated Bachelor’s degree in one of the following:
- Organizational Behavior/Applied Psychology
- Business Administration
- Crime & Justice
- Information Systems & Management
- Accounting
This agreement will provide a seamless, integrated approach that will apply all coursework taken as part of an Associate of Art or Science degree at WCCC towards the Degree Completion Program at Albright College’s Bethlehem, PA, campus. All graduates of WCCC with an A.A. or A.S. degree will be admitted without any loss of credit, provided that student has followed a program of study parallel to that of Albright. WCCC graduates will be eligible for a $2,500 Partnership Scholarship. Classes meet one night per week for 24 months.
Dual Admission Agreement for Traditional Day Program
Under the Dual Admission Agreement, WCCC graduates will be guaranteed admission into a Bachelor’s Degree program with junior status at Albright College’s main campus in Reading, PA on the conditions that they:
- Graduate from WCCC with an Associate in Arts or Associate in Science Degree
- Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0
- Complete a Dual Admission Intent form
- Are in good academic standing and social standing
- Satisfy all other Albright College transfer admission requirements
Full time Albright College students with a final WCCC grade point average could receive a scholarship of:
- $20,000 with a GPA of 3.8 or higher
- $15,000 with a GPA of 3.6 to 3.79
- $12,500 with a GPA of 3.4 to 3.59
- $10,000 with a GPA of 3.2 to 3.39
Berkeley College Online Degree Completion
Berkeley College and WCCC entered into an Articulation Agreement in order to facilitate the seamless transfer of students graduating from WCCC with associate degrees to the respective Berkeley College’s baccalaureate degree programs as outlined below. Berkeley College offers protection from tuition increases to students who maintain continuous, full-time enrollment. In addition, Berkeley will offer transfer scholarships to Warren County Community College Associate Degree graduates of up to $6000 per academic year. The criteria for awarding the scholarship grants are based on the student’s GPA.
Berkeley offers around-the-clock tech support by e-mail, phone or computer. An online Academic Support Center helps students achieve their educational goals.
Cedar Crest College
Nursing AS to Nursing BS Program-to-Program Agreement
WCCC and Cedar Crest College developed a dual admission agreement whereby a student enrolled in WCCC’s Nurse Education Program will complete courses necessary for the AS in Nursing as well as courses needed to fulfill the requirements for the BS in Nursing at Cedar Crest. What are the Cedar Crest College Liberal Arts Education Requirements?
The Liberal Arts Education Requirements are designed to ensure that students receive a well-rounded liberal arts education.
There are eight parts to the Liberal Arts Education Requirements:
- Writing– two credit-bearing classes
- WRI-100 College Writing (WRI-1)
- Writing II course (WRI 2)
- Arts (ART) – Two credit-bearing experiences (6 cr) (at least one of which is a classroom experience)
- Math and Logic (ML) (6cr)– two credit-bearing, college-level math courses
- Ethics (ETH) – one credit-bearing class (3 cr)
- Natural Science (SCI) – two credit-bearing classes, one of which must be a lab course (7-8 cr)
- Humanities: (HUM) – two 3-credit bearing classes from two separate disciplines
- Social Science: (SS) - two 3-credit bearing classes from two separate disciplines
- Global Studies: GS (3 cr) one 3-credit bearing class
Please note: With the exception of WRI 2, no course can fulfill multiple categories. Also, a student may not use courses from the same discipline to satisfy credit requirements across the content areas of the Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences.
Fairleigh Dickinson University
Burgundy and Blue Connection
The Burgundy and Blue Connection is a formal transfer program offered by WCCC and FDU. The program is available to any student who is currently matriculated or intends to matriculate at WCCC. To be eligible for a Burgundy and Blue Achievement Grant, a student must first receive an associate degree from WCCC. Students need to complete a Burgundy and Blue Connection application through FDU. Eligibility will be based on the following GPA criteria.

Felician College Degree Completion Program at WCCC
In partnership with Felician College, WCCC offers you the opportunity to seamlessly transition to a bachelor’s completion program at WCCC in Business, Education and Nursing.
This opportunity is open to all WCCC students, alumni and local community members. If you follow the articulated sequence of courses beginning in your freshman year, you will be able to transfer all of your applicable credits. Felician College offers reduced tuition rate to all WCCC transfer students. Visit with a Felician advisor at WCCC and learn how to complete your bachelor’s degree in four years right at WCCC.
Goddard College Creative Writing Agreement
This agreement promotes the transfer of graduates from WCCC’s Creative Writing Associate in Fine Arts (AFA) Program into the Goddard College Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) Creative Writing Program. Goddard College, located in Vermont, offers a low-residency program where students begin each semester with an eight-day residency on Goddard’s campus. Each residency consists of small advising groups, workshops and readings and includes a visiting writer. Penn State Lehigh Valley Campus
Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership
The following model is to be used as a guide for WCCC students intending to transfer to major in Organizational Leadership. It includes the required courses to complete the AA in Liberal Arts while paralleling the freshman and sophomore years of the Penn State Liberal Arts program.
The OLEAD degree provides an opportunity for nontraditional students in the Lehigh Valley area to pursue completion of an interdisciplinary degree without disturbing their professional or family responsibilities.

Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary and Kindergarten Education
The following model is to be used as a guide for WCCC students intending to transfer to Penn State Lehigh Valley to major in Elementary and Kindergarten Education (K-6). It includes all the required courses to complete the AA in Liberal Arts at WCCC while paralleling the freshman and sophomore years of the Penn State program. WCCC students are encouraged to consult with an advisor about their educational plans and general requirements.

Strayer University
WCCC students who graduate with an associate degree, are applying to a related bachelor’s degree program at Strayer University and have a WCCC cumulative GPA of at least 2.0 are guaranteed admission to Strayer. When you apply to a related program at Strayer University, all the credits you earned in completing your associate’s degree program at WCCC will be accepted by Strayer University. Under this agreement your application fee to Strayer University is waived. All of Strayer’s programs can be completed entirely online or on any of their multiple campuses.
University of Phoenix
All credit from associate degrees (including vocational degrees) awarded by WCCC will transfer to the University of Phoenix. A maximum of 62 transfer credits will apply to the baccalaureate programs depending on the student’s major. Although credits will be accepted in transfer, additional general education credits may be needed to fulfill the program requirements.
