Instructor, Supervisory Management Development- part-time instructor for Supervisory Management Certificate Program, experience teaching adults required. Topics of interest and expertise include DISC assessments, communications, conflict resolution, supervisory skills, change management, etc. The ideal candidates have industry experience as a trainer, human relations or other substantive management experience. Interest in candidates with certifications in areas such as Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA), Professional Driving Forces Analyst (CPDFA), Professional Emotional Quotient Analyst (CPEQA), the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, or Executive Coaching Certification.
